Greenfly & other beasties
Toward the end of March and during April keep an alert eye for the first signs of infestation of green, black and white fly. These can be controlled chemically or by companion planting of tagetes or strong smelling herbs such as mint, basil or lavender.
Geranium moth and citrus leaf miner make their reappearance with the warmer weather. Try using neem oil as opposed to traditional chemicals.
