 The parador of Ronda is in the centre of town perched at the edge of the El Tajo Gorge giving spectacular views. The building was a former town hall built in 1761.The restaurant offers local specialities which include stewed partridge, roast kid, almond soup, ajo blanco (cold garlic soup), queso de almendras (almond cheese) and tortitas de miel (honey cake). |
